The room worked perfectly for us. The staff greeted us every time we ran into them and they would offer to clean our room every day (we opted out of room service 3 out of 4 nights). The front desk check in and checkbout process was easy and took less than 10 minutes total.

It was well equipped with all that you need! Difficult for english speakers but staff was very cooperative in helping you sort out the issues and help with translators. Morning shift had someone who knew english. But overall a good fulfilling experience

professional & friendly staff. the room is huge(!) and the bed is super comfortable. efficient aircon, wifi and shower. there are convenience stores within walking distance (Del Rio, S-Mart). there are many TV channels (movies, news, sports) and most of them are in English! special mention and Muchas Gracias to Luis & Luis at the restaurant por un excelente servicio! value for money. definitely recommended.

I really enjoyed all the staff being so friendly and helpful. We stayed there a full week and there was never any negative episode with any staff. I was impressed with the cleanliness. From the lobby, to the hallways and other walkways to the room itself. Next time I come back I will definitely stay there again.

Everything The staff make you feel like family. When checking in everyone knows your name. Generally takes 5 minutes to check in. Rooms always very clean all utilities work perfectly The food is always 5 stars here service is also.
